Another look at one of my favourite cities in the world, Melbourne, which has become a kind of home far away from home - I've been for the last three years. I like walks along the Yarra River, the skyline of the CBD, trips down to the beach at St Kilda's, going to the Australian Open and celebrating Midsummer. But my favourite part of the city are the suburbs in the inner north - Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton, Brunswick and Northcote. I love their handsome peeling Victorian architecture. beautiful parks and relaxed, welcoming energy.
